SOLO DANCERS - Solo treble/heavy reel. Dance the right and left foot of one step that you make up youself! YOU may be selected to be in a parade of champion video with these steps!
GROUP SPECIAL EVENTS
Max time 30 seconds (many will choose to do 15 or 30 second videos as those music choices are common on Tik Tok & Instagram Reels). In terms of music, we suggest you use a contemporary song (trending popular music, show tunes, or even modern trad Irish) and get your creative juices flowing
SMALL GROUPS - 2-4 people.
LARGE GROUPS - 5+ people
*Not all people have to be Irish Dancing or Irish dancers. As long as at least one person is Irish Dancing, the others can have other roles in the video OR grab your friends from dance class and ALL OF YOU can be Irish Dancing. The key to these group events are BEING CREATIVE. Choose your music wisely and HAVE FUN. Don't forget to ball out on the costumes and location. You want your video to STAND OUT!
COLLEGE STUDENTS - Grab your team and submit an entry!
FAMILY ENTRY - Like the small an large groups - only one member of your family needs to be dancing but ALL members need to participate in some signficant way in the video! Or, ALL your family (or some of them) can be Irish Dancing. SHOWCASE your family. It will be fun!
*Note on the specials - The Group fee is only paid by ONE of the team members, so only one member needs to register your team. The cost is per dance, not per member!

Family "TikTok Style" Event
The Family TikTok must include at least ONE person Irish Dancing and at least one other family member who plays an important role in the TikTok.
The music should be contemporary music found. Multiple family members are welcome to join in on the fun. Will your family be named the Best Irish Dance TikTok Family of 2022? Three winners will be chosen and sent a trophy/plaque along with being featured inside the pages of Irish Dancing Magazine. Wouldn't that be a fun claim to fame for your family? Musicians are welcome to ADD-ON this item too, but please keep in mind this is a dance video, so at least one family member must be throwing down some fun Irish Dance moves!
