Video yourself or group playing your original reel, jig, barndance, slipjig or hornpipe.
MULTIPLE AGE BRACKETS - Compete against those in your own age group!
Musicians - Enter as soloists or as a group, or both. For music you do not do an intro you. Just play your tune as it is, so if it’s a single tune you play AB AB AB, if it’s a double tune it’s played AA BB AA BB. Because it is a newly composed tune, it’s up to the musician to decide on whether it’s a double or single tune.
Voice - Choose a song to showcase your best voice. There are two competitions, one for those who wish to sing a song of their choice in the Irish language and the other for those to sing a traditional Irish song or Ballad in English. Enter one or both! You may sing acapella or be accompanied by music. 25% of the entries will be placed as finalists based upon the quality of their entry. If you want to be extra creative, go all out on location and costuming as special awards will be given separate from the singing and music for costuming, location, and overall best music videos.
